Planning Board
Overview
The Planning Board, consisting of 5 members and 2 alternates, is an administrative board which has the responsibility of reviewing land use permits, all site plan and subdivision applications to ensure compliance with all local land use regulations, as well as for conformance to State and Federal rules that may apply.
