2021 Annual Town Meeting

Dear Citizens,
What follows is the detail of the proposed warrant articles and proposed ordinance changes for the 2021 Annual Town Warrant. As we continue to operate under the Governor’s Executive Orders for face coverings, social distancing and limitation on public gatherings, our town meeting will be held via written secret ballot only this year. The decision to do so was a difficult one, but we feel it is crucial that we remain ever diligent a while longer with these requirements.

To ensure that we provide an opportunity for discussion and to answer questions, you will see we are offering two conference calls to review the material. Please participate if you can and if you cannot feel free to reach out to the Select Board directly with questions.

Stay safe and in good health and please reach out if we can be of assistance.

Respectfully,
Town of Benton, Select Board
