TRANSFER STATION: The Clinton/Benton Transfer Station is 6.3 miles north of the Benton Town Office on the Bangor Rd-Rte 11 through the Town of Clinton on the right hand side of the road. Hours are Wed-Thur-Fri-Sat 7 AM to 5 PM.
**PLEASE NOTE: All Benton Resident's will be required to present their Benton Vehicle Registrations at the Transfer Station. If you own land in Benton you may obtain a single day permit at the Benton Town Office, but will not be issued a permanent pass until you are a Benton Resident. ALL PERMANENT TRANSFER STATION PASSES are issued at the transfer station only.
