Copies of property record cards are in the mail. If you have questions after reviewing your property record card or want an appointment to discuss discrepancies in valuations, exemptions, or acreage please call Maine Assessment & Appraisal Services directly at 207-234-2822 not the town office. Please refer to their letter enclosed with the property record card for additional information.
